Get in touch with us by clicking here where you can tell us about your needs and get answers to all your questions. Together with our experienced lawyers, we will carefully assess your or your child's situation. We then take the next step by helping you prepare and submit your application for personal assistance.
2. the application is processed
We take care of the entire application process for personal assistance in consultation with you. We also handle contact with the Social Insurance Agency and the municipality. If your application is refused or the decision is insufficient, we will assess whether an appeal should be submitted to court.
3. After the decision - hiring assistants:
After the decision - hiring assistants: Once you or your child receive the decision, we will help you ensure that your personal assistance is as good as possible. We work with you to recruit the personal assistants you need and ensure that the assistance is safe and secure. We manage the entire recruitment process and you can be as little or as much involved as you wish. The most important thing for us is that you and your assistants get on well together!
4. We are with you
Your team at the Care Unit, together with you and your assistants, will ensure that accounting and reporting runs smoothly. We carefully follow all laws and regulations to make you feel safe. Your team is always there to support you in all matters related to your assistance.
