At Omsorgsenheten Sweden, we process the following personal data about our clients: name,
personal identification number, address, email address, phone number, and details related to
your personal assistance. In some cases, we may also handle photos, videos, and articles in
which you appear.

When you contact Omsorgsenheten Sverige, we collect your contact information (such as
name, email, and phone number) to manage your inquiry about assistance. Your personal data
is also collected through assistance agreements, phone calls, emails, and ongoing
communication regarding your personal assistance. If a legal representative provides your
information, we assume they have the authority to do so.
We process personal data based on your relationship with us, whether you are a customer, a
relative, or have applied for a job with us. For more information, please refer to our privacy

legislation and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS).

We retain your personal data for as long as you use our services as your assistance provider.
Once the assistance arrangement has ended, we will dispose of your data in accordance with
LSS regulations. We will only continue to store your data if required by law.
For contact inquiries, we keep the contact details you provide for three months after the purpose
of your inquiry has been fulfilled.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any
time. If you find that your data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that it be
corrected, amended, or deleted. You can also withdraw your consent for data processing that is
based on this consent. However, please note that some data cannot be deleted if there are legal
requirements for retention, such as accounting regulations or the preservation of records.
